All sales are final. All services and packages expire after 3 years. Services are only redeemable at Kelowna Location. Services are not transferable between clients. If buying services for a gift, please make a note so that we can ensure they are added to the correct client file. If this is not done we will be unable to transfer them at a later date. Packages are not able to be shared.
