Smooth Effects Chilliwack provides non-surgical medical aesthetic treatments and related services. All treatments are provided following a consultation and, where required, under the supervision of a qualified medical professional.

  • Some treatments involve risks, side effects, or downtime, which will be explained prior to treatment
  • You are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical history information

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive services unless otherwise approved with parental or guardian consent and where legally permitted.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for medical, safety, or professional reasons.

3. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking.
  • We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or additional fees.
  • Arriving late may shorten your appointment time or require rescheduling.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • All services, packages, and memberships are non-refundable, unless required by law.
  • Retail product sales are final unless defective.

5. Consent & Aftercare Compliance

By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that:

  • You have reviewed and signed all required consent forms
  • You understand the treatment, risks, and aftercare requirements
  • You agree to follow all post-treatment instructions

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results and void eligibility for corrective treatments or refunds.

6. Website Use & Online Booking

By using our website or online booking systems, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Not misuse, copy, or disrupt website content or functionality
  • Accept that website content is for informational purposes only and not medical advice

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to online services at any time.
